Kerri, I was down your way recently driving from Ohio to North Carolina along I-77. I was surprised to see how far along the colors are in the mountains. Way ahead of my local area in NE Ohio. You are living in and around some beautiful country.
I love the quotes that you place under your photographs! They add so much ... I reflect on the words and then relate them to the photograph ... such wonderful portraits result.
This shot really impressed me! I like its composition very much as well as the light. The softly colours make me feel comfortable. It seems to me I can smell the bark of that tree; I literally enjoyed this photo!
