Little pieces of my life and my photos.
LOL! No apologies needed! It's only 0F in Gloucester this morning. I was hoping for some sea smoke, but with no winds to whip up the mist, no sea smoke pictures. Darn, I guess I'll just have to sit here in my jammies and bath robe and comment on my peeps' blogs this morning. You know, in all my years of photographing birds, I don't have a Blue Jay shot? This one is very, very nice.
That is ccccold! I suppose I should be happy with the 5° I woke up with today. The blue Jay was a Cardinal yesterday but he turned blue from the cold! :PNice shot. I barely got a Blue Jay shot the other day...they are rather skittish.
That is a gorgeous bird! You did a beautiful job - I can't believe the photo was taken through the glass!
Wonderful shot! I love Blue jays. They sure aren't easy to photograph. Like chikadee's it seems they never stay in one place for too long. Very cold here this morning too! I'm not to far from Steve. Thank goodness we will finally see the upper 20's tomorrow. Just in time for more snow : /Sharon
Yes, it's been very much colder here but I live in the Rockies, it's supposed to be colder but for you folks out there in that area, that DARN COLD!!!!!!!Keep warm!!This is a wonderful photo... I love it.. I feel like I can reach in and pet him!~Michele~Mountain Retreat
Well done - cold, glass and all!
Pretty picture of a pretty bird! I just wish they were nicer birds...
It looks like he turned around just in time to see you through the glass. It's a little colder here n Canada but I still think -3 is too cold to be fun, ;-)

Beautiful shot even through the glass door. It's cold here too, but near as cold as your weather.

Isn't he GORGEOUS???? Love his tail feathers. Keep wrapped up when you go out kerri!

I love how the tail feathers are in focus and the rest of the bird is not. Wonderful!
