Wow 11 inches of snow. I got six and half and spent the day taking photo of the birds. I love your photo of the squirrel. It looks like a red squirrel. Is that correct?
I agree they are cute - but they are also viscous! The red ones chase our greys all over - and then of course there was they year they lived in my attic and kept us up night after night, scurrying and rolling nuts.
When we finally got rid of them and closed off where they were coming in (we had a new roof put on and the guys never put the screen back in on the exhaust fan) we had close to 2 full trash bags of black walnuts they had hidden and stored in our attic (which was not accessible to us except through a crawly hole in my sons closet).
Now that I have that off my chest - it is a great picture!!
Now he is a cutie!
ReplyDeleteWonderful shot Kerri!
Thankfully we only got about two inches of snow from that storm.
Great shot!
ReplyDeleteThis squirrel should be proud of the beautiful picture you took of him.

We've had a lot of birds and squirrels out too. With their food covered up with the snow, they are frantic at the feeders.
