ReplyDeleteFabulous capture! The heron looks as if it is really concentrating on getting the dance moves just right. Lovely wing span! Another terrific image!

ReplyDeleteCool isn't it. This is a common feeding strategy in tricolored herons. They are flushing/disturbing the prey and then will stab at what swims for it.
