ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday Kerri!

What a precious looking little bird. It looks a bit like our black phoebe. http://www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/Black_Phoebe/id
ReplyDeleteThanks for such wonderful photos and grand quotes!
Yeah, that is a harsh reality and one we need to make note of~
ReplyDeletethis was a thought provoking post in many ways...
I like the Gilda quote - I still remember her. That little bird looks like he's wearing a fur coat.
ReplyDeleteThat quote is so true!
ReplyDeleteAnd my, what a stunning shot!

Oh what a cute little thing he is!
ReplyDeleteMissed your blog while traveling out over the ocean, where web access is at a premium. You haven't missed a beat ... your photos and thoughts are a real encouragement. Thanks Kerri!
ReplyDeleteIt is, isn't it. Just beautiful photo from you again.
ReplyDeletePrecious little junco. I love this wonderful image! Great quote, too!
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's always been a puzzlement to me too...that all poems don't rhyme. I don't quite get the ones that don't. Why do they call it poetry?! Why not just "thoughts"?!...Whatever! At least on your blog, I've got pretty birdies to look at too! :-)
ReplyDeleteDark eyed Junco's certainly have the cute factor going for them. Great photo!

Kerri, you are an awesome photographer.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot of the junco--hope they stick around awhile. The quote from Gilda Radner was poignant since she died so young from cancer.
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! He "looks" happy! So precious, I love him!

Beautiful shot of the Junco, Kerri!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that quote! What a life lesson! I hope we don't all have to learn it the same way!
ReplyDeleteI also love dark eyed juncos.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful Gilda Radner quote. I read her book when my husband was sick the first time. It's so sad and touching and there are bits that are just so beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLike this little junco. Beautiful.
