Content with Silence

When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence. ~Ansel Adams

  8. I saw my first one last fall - at dusk - humming around my inpatients. I didn't know what it was - looked like a hummingbird but yet not :) I finally captured a photo so I could look it up to see what it was. Ha. I did not know.

I love the quote. God gives me focus through photographs and then in His contemplative silence He expands my focus - It's amazing what a focused lens can see.
