I've pondered what this exactly means. To me it means trying to keep a positive attitude, seeing the positive in things rather than the negative and it just builds upon itself. The more positive/happy/joyful you are - the more positive/happy/joyful you become.
And it is contagious - so spread it around :)

This is so true, I have been around negative people before for months on end and you cant help but have that rub off. Its amazing that if you keep a positive attitude it does your heart good.
I like to keep positive bible verses in my mind and say them over and over.
