Hello Kerri, I haven't commented on your blog before but have been enjoying it for some time - especially your bird shots and the monthly Calendar. My husband (a birdwatcher when he was young) tells me that today's bird is a Connecticut warbler (immature).
What a beautiful little bird! It might be some variety of warbler.
Love these pictures and today's thought. Thanks Kerri!
beautiful little thing!
It's a beautiful little bird! :)Love the color in the background Kerri.Hope someone can identify him for you.
I didn't know what this cute little bird was either until I read your comments. Someone out there in blog land always comes through. : )
Not sure. I would guess that he's a warbler of some sort. He sure is pretty.
Great shot!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
I think it might be a common yellow throat.
Wonderful captures of this unidentified little beauty!
Great shots, i haven't seen one before but it does look good for a CT warbler.
Beautiful shots! Not sure but you might just want to try the young man who blogs at - http://wildeaboutbirds.blogspot.com
Looks like a female Common yellowthroat to me.
