Life is grace. Sleep is forgiveness. The night absolves. Darkness wipes the slate clean, not spotless to be sure, but clean enough for another day's chalking.
I always enjoy your bird shots, and I always experience a pang of envy because my photos never look as good as yours! And I think this picture is super, I love it!
I love all your bird shots, and this one is no different. It shows creativity.Having said that, please show us some of your other pictures too.I call myself a BIrder, but that is only one part of me,so there are other parts of your life that must come through in pictures.Good Luck. Blessings,Ruth

Kerri, you have to be more positive than that. This photo is beautiful!
I understand about branching out. I used to post about birds all the time too but eventually something had to give. My blog has taken many twists and turns along the way from it's inception. Just like me : )
Wonderful shot Kerri - love the silhouette and the composition is great. Don't be afraid to take a few more steps out of your comfort zone - be like the birds, and branch out :)
I love that you get so many shots of birds - I don't get to see the kind of words you do in my world. You get such lovely shots...and this is definitely one of them!
Kerri, you need a shot of confidence. If you like it, it's a good shot. If others love it - or don't.. it's still the same shot. Post what you love, and that will certainly come through. It's a fine shot. Spread your own wings and start posting outside of your comfort zone. You won't regret it. :)
I love this shot! It's creative and different in a beautiful way. Don't be afraid to post other pictures.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your awards Kerri! A very well deserved honor.

ReplyDeleteI love your birds, but I've seen a few of your non-bird photos and they're wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI love this one. The ruffled edges on the leaves give it texture. Can't wait to see more.
