A lot of folks call them fire bushes, but I guess (because that is also the name of another shrub) a better name is the burning bush. It is a kind of Euonymus. The Euonymus alatus to be exact. I have several in my yard. The one in my front flower bed has coloring on the leaves just like yours. So delicate as it hangs on.
