I believe it is a Chipping Sparrow too, Kerri! They've already been singing up a storm here! I so enjoy them, though their chipping song in the summer drives my husband a bit crazy. lol!
I too think its a chipping sparrow. Your picture once again is so clear! You could take photos professionally for identifying the different birds. They are truly awesome!!
