Bluebird Couple In the Grass

"For some strange reason these little blue birds can sing a simple song that will repair broken or damaged hearts better than ANY surgeon can. Catch a glimpse or just a flash of their blue wings and you can fill up voids in a persons soul that we did not even know were empty!"

Another Almost

So, I guess we are who we are for a lot of reasons. And maybe we'll never know most of them. But even if we don't have the power to choose where we come from, we can still choose where we go from there. We can still do things. And we can try to feel okay about them.

Tufted Titmouse On High Alert

Laughter is a sunbeam of the soul.
 ― Thomas Mann

This little Tufted Titmouse looks like he is on High Alert.  They  stretch themselves to look taller when another bird is around - or at least that is how it seems to me.  I've seen chickadees do this too.  There is never a dull moment watching these sweet little birds!
