Skywatch Friday - Clouds

We had some storms blow through today...and the left some blue
sky and some really puffy clouds.
These look like they are rising out of the ground.

I really love the puffy clouds a lot! If only I had wings and could fly to the top of those and bounce on them like a trampoline... how fun that would be! =D

We see those sorts of clouds in Florida a lot as there's always a thunderstorm brewing. They're so big and puffy and pretty and then the next thing you know, they become threatening.

I's so lovely and the soft puffy clouds make it hard to believe a storm has just gone through. Ha! It always amazes me when the sky does that! What a trickster!!

I think we go very close to Blacksburg when we drive to Florida! We'll be going by in October... could you please stand by the side of the highway and wave???

I love those clouds. We call them thunderheads here. They look like you could climb on them and not fall through.

Laurie said...

Wow that is beautiful and scary at the same time.

A super shot, Kerri. I shot them Thursday evening too, but I never got around to making a sky watch post.

There have been some outstanding sky photo ops in our area lately.

I love the look of this photo. The way the clouds come from the ground (as you said) makes them look even bigger.
