The blue is stunning. I just wish the flowers stayed open all day!
ReplyDeleteChicory is the most beautiful blue! I like seeing it on the roadsides and in the fields. Chicory root was sometimes used as a substitute for coffee, so it is useful as well as pretty.

Is this the wild chicory that grows along the roads? We have a lot of it in bloom here in Ohio where I live.
