I LOVE the way you caught him singing! Amazing!
ReplyDeleteHe sure is enjoying the weather,I can almost hear his song over here.Fantastic series of photos.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,Ruth
Oh, this is beautiful girl!!
ReplyDeleteHope your father is doing well.
That is beautiful set of photos, i am so jealous when people can capture such close up of birds.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty little bird. I'm used to the house sparrow but not your little friend.
ReplyDeleteIf it were almost 80 degrees here I'd be singing too! I did hear the Mourning Dove cooing before the sun came up so I new it had to be warm out. Sure enough we hit 60 degree's today. Now if only it would stay that way!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful photo Kerri!
Excellent background colour for your song sparrow. I love cattails. They make a good photo combo with birds.
ReplyDeleteIt was warm here also. I think spring is finally coming. I love your bird pictures!!
ReplyDeleteI too noticed his open mouth- what a wonderful catch Kerri!
ReplyDeleteWe were enjoying almost 80 degree weather too.
It's good to have you back posting.
All the best to your Dad.
cute little bird. i especially like the one with him singing!
ReplyDeleteWhat great shots...especially the clincher: him singing out! I first thought it to be a female red-winged blackbird...I don't think I'll ever get ID-ing birds down :-) Well wishes to your dad...
ReplyDeleteOh, I do love them! I can just hear him singing his little heart out. :c)
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos, Kerri! 80°? WOW! I get excited about 50° this time of year. ;-)
ReplyDeleteOur song sparrow has started singing again. These are beautiful shots!
ReplyDeletethese pictures are all so clear and lovely- heralds of a new season approaching..Sandy
ReplyDeleteI love your Song Sparrow collage! It's wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI bet that song was pure SPRING!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday.
B.
Your sparrow is not the only one enjoying the weather. We reached 70; what a change from only 9 deg on Monday!
ReplyDeleteGood shots and excellent color choice for the background. Your collage really pops!
I hope you're enjoying the warmer temps as much as your little bird friend, kerri!
ReplyDeleteLast Monday we had snow followed by bitter cold. By Saturday I was on the beach in a tank top and jeans! Woot! Today it is colder again but still got over 50°.
ReplyDeleteThis is so sweet.
Really beautiful set of photos!
