Little pieces of my life and my photos.
Great picture.So true,birds don't get depressed,maybe I could take a lesson from them. Blessings,Ruth
And the Mockingbird will deliver the sweetest songs of all...
I think this fellow just flew in from down here...I have a shot of him. He's still looking mighty fine :-)
This is a gorgeous photo Kerri! I have never seen a Mockingbird!
Lovely photo of a Northern Mockingbird!
How right you are! Birds and happy creatures and you make us all happy with your wonderful pictures of them. :-)
I heard the birds singing the other morning as I walked into work and it lifted my spirits like nothing else. It's such a wonderful sound!
Great picture! Mockingbirds love to dive bomb our cat.
The birds really are optomistic lately, aren't they! I love the Mockingbirds. Such personality! Our resident Mocker is still hanging around. Would love it if he/she would stay for the summer.Great shot Kerri!
Come to think of it, I never heard a depressed bird either until yesterday. A goose counts as a bird right? It was the only of it's kind in the park and the honk it let out sounded like a cry of loneliness. :-(
I've only seen a Mockingbird one time, but was amazed at the different voices. Beautiful shot Kerri.B.
No indeed, they sing regardless. A lesson for us all. :c)
A wonderful bird... I love how the Mockingbird sounds!
Wow! Amazing bird shots. Great colors. Thanks for sharing. -Cindy
What a beautiful photo! Love their song, too!
Very nice. The bird is sharp and the slightly blurred branches point to and frame the bird nicely.
This photo took my breath away!
Thank you.. Ruth, for the beautiful photo of the Mockingbird. I had been searching for hours trying to identify these wonderful birds that I've listen to for years. Their sounds are music to the soul.
My dad once took a cassette recorder and placed it at the foot of a tree and recorded a mockingbird for several minutes. Incredible animal. Beautiful picture Kerri!
