The Wave

Do not say, "It is morning," and dismiss it with a name of yesterday. See it for the first time as a newborn child that has no name.
 Rabindranath Tagore

I like to think that this mockingbird was waving "Hello"!

I love mornings too! Mine start, most days, before the sun even begins to shine!...So, thanks to your photos I can still see the sunshine even while I'm sitting in the early morning dark! I love your photographs! :-)

It's a beautiful photo, Kerri.
I think bird-lovers must all be morning people, my hubby is the same, but I'm a night owl!

Beautiful photo and beautiful quote! An owl flew overhead our section the other night at my son's baseball game - everyone was slack-jawed and in awe!

Wonderful! So glad I found your blog! I now know for sure that the birdy that came to my porch tired and sickly that I tried to nurse back to health, was a mockingbird youngster. At least I know what it was, now. Thank you, love your photos
