Taking it Slow

Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance toward the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point. Climb slowly, steadily, enjoying each passing moment; and the view from the summit will serve as a fitting climax for the journey.- Harold B. Melchart

  5. I didn't realize what kind of surgery you had. I suspect that you're probably in more discomfort than you're revealing. So, here's wishing you a speedy, 55 or 60 MPH, recovery...and a slow climb of the mountain after that! :;-)

  23. Just now seeing this Kerri. Glad you are feeling better. I had a partial last year and it took quite a while. As others have said, just be patient, and "listen" to your body. Don't do too much too early, it will hinder in the long run! Wishing you a speedy recovery my friend!
