Nature Amazes

Red-spotted Purple Butterfly  07-01-12
Hold on to your sense of wonder; if you do not have a sufficiently strong one, then develop it. For me, it is the most precious resource in the world.

I have never seen this butterfly. Oh how beautiful..
I'm trying to teach Ben about how things are symetrical . A butterfly would be a great example.

Great picture - and great words. I often wonder how we manage to think its a good idea to remove that sense from kids as early as we do. And although its a different use of the word "wonder" I still think the question "I wonder why that is happening" is the most valuable question we can ask.
