White-breasted Nuthatch letting the White-throated sparrow know that he is not very keen on sharing.
His wings remind me of an airplane :)

Great shot. The bird feeder action is never dull.

Fun photo! Yes, I suppose if I were outdoors in this snowy, cold weather, I might get a little defensive myself! ;-)

Love how you caught the one bird in flight.

Great capture, Kerri! A battle over the feeder, the nuthatch is protective over his food.

I watched a "bird fight" at my feeder this week too. They are funny to watch and surely much more entertaining than television!

Nice shot! - I guess birds can be a little like kids, they need to learn to share...

Your 'little airplane' is definitely not in the running for a best manners award. :)
Amazing how most days things go along peacefully and then one day the feathers fly.

Nice shot of the action Kerri!

Haha! There's lots of personality going on here..the bossy one letting the other know what's what, and the little one looks genuinely afraid.
Great shot Kerri!
