Foggy and Wet

Autumn
Pandapas Pond - Blacksburg Virginia
(top and bottom)

THERE is something in the autumn that is native to my blood—
Touch of manner, hint of mood;
 And my heart is like a rhyme,
 With the yellow and the purple and the crimson keeping time.

Good documentary shots of this mornings weather. You are evidently having the same weather pattern as us, only a few hours later. It cleared off here by 9:00 this morning and then was a beautiful, sunny, windy day, but it looked just like your shots at dawn. We also got a lot of rain too.

Our colors are not this bright. So pretty, even on a foggy day.

Gorgeous. The top shot is amazing, especially that one tree on the right side of the photo. I'm with Moi, Florida has many advantages, fall colors isn't among them though.

What a beautiful way to bond, these are two gems with the colours and the mist. A place I'd love to explore.

Lots of lovely colour!

You're getting a lot more reds than we are right now. Our trees are showing more golds, except for a few red maples. You captured the mood of this kind of day well.
