Taken with my iPhone during our post-Thanksgiving meal 2012 walk along a new trail.
When I saw the Moon posing pretty between the trees, I knew it would make an interesting image. The Sun was setting on the opposite side of us and made the trees come alive with light.

It's beautiful Kerri, as though an invisible hand is holding it there, proudly, for you (and now us!) to see.
A post-Thanksgiving meal walk..that sounds very good.
Mystical picture:)
Have a nice week end out there:)
This is so lovely--love how the moon is cradled by the dip in the twiggy branches.
How very nice of the moon to position itself so neatly and the sun to provide such a warm, evening glow.

I love that extraordinary. The 'golden hour' as it is sometimes called. Beautiful image.
This is a beautiful shot!
Thanks for following at M2, Kerri. It's a bit nerve racking starting up in a new place and a relief when I find people will carry on looking at the photographs there. It could be lonely otherwise!
