A very nice set of pictures Kerri.. I wish you well with the tree and flowers. I have tried many times without success to learn the names of local trees and flowers.
I look forward to seeing this learning process on your post.
Tom
A great trio of images, Kerri - nice transition for the ice covered limbs to the warm looking squirrel - this is hope of spring!
I love the little squirrel sitting there so happily nibbling away without a care in the world. It's an adorable picture.
The Rocky Mountain Retreat
I like the red head of the squirrel.
I explored some of your gallery and enjoyed your images...especially the close-ups of all the birds.
A lovely trio! Great photos.
Loved the cheeky squirrell! LOL!
I love the way the icy branches look but hate to drive on days like that!
Very beuatiful, all excellent images.
Icy branches so pretty.
Interesting!
What beautiful photos..the ice one made me shiver. The squirrel is very cute.
Love the squirrel i wish we has some around our place
Beautiful shot of the ice and such a cute little inquisitive squirrel! Good job! :D
I just love your image's.
Not just ABC Wed ones but other posts photo's.
The wild life shots are great.
Ice & Sqirrels, one of the best I've sen today.
love the tiny red flowers too... also have no idea what....
I love your branch with those tiny icicles!!!!!!!! (Come and see my icicles.) The squirrels you fidn are just darling too. I can't help you with the flower ID. . . sorry!
All your photos are great. I've seen quite a few ice pictures today.
Enjoy your Wedensday!
Great post:D
I love the squirrel the best. The icicles would have excited me back in January and a little in February but I am ready for Spring since I am seeing so many signs of new growth.
Love your choices for I.
Yeah, those squirrels are cuties! Nice capture of the icicles too.
Marvellous the photographs, so much the ice, the small squirrel but also the luminous colours of second photograph compose one very good post!
Great collection here of photos.
Great shots! :)
Beautiful - all three of them. The Squirrel is so cute.
Gorgeous photos! I'm amazed with the photos of ice storms - that is one thing we don't have up here. The colors in your tree photo are so pretty!
Your squirrel and bird pictures are amazing. How do you do that? Those critters will not sit still for my camera. I also have a goal of being able to identify more of the wildflowers and trees that I see.
Lovely squirrel! Nice pictures for 'I'.
Beautiful photos, Kerri. I'm guessing about the tree: could it be a redbud? I'm going to check and see what redbuds actually look like. They grow in Toronto but not where I live just 45 to 60 minutes north of the city. I'll be back!!
Neat pictures Kerri...
Love the squirrel!
Nice pictures Kerri. While I was in south Ala some of the trees were budding out red and I was told they were maples. I couldn't get a good shot because the branches were so high.
Hi Kerri,
I rarely know what flower or tree I'm photographing, so I include them in my posts without captions :o) HA!
Like you, I want to be able to name them. It's my goal for a while.
Mary
Cute "Tree Rat"..;-)
great set!
I like the squirrel photo best!
Oh, Ice storms... horrible. Dangerous to drive, and probably even more dangerous to walk anywhere! And the ice does such a lot of damage to the trees.
Lovely shots! I love the colour of the flowers on that tree.
Lovely shots! I can do without any more ice this spring! Its nice to see trees flowering and the squirrel shot is great, nice composition and excellent sharpness!
Nice photos.
I think the flowering tree is a red maple. See my photos of red maple flowers (I forced them indoores) at: http://anitabower.aminus3.com/image/2008-02-26.html

Nice set of I pictures Kerri. I love the icicles and the squirell is super.
sure, these little critters are irresistibly cute!!! :)
and the red flowers are precious.....i am not sure if i told you this earlier but we have tried to set up our new living room in tan and red..the colors in this pic are exactly how I imagined it!!! :)
More excellent pictures, Kerri! A good mixture of animals, birds, and other natural subjects.
Another wonderful series of photos! You captured great those icy branches! And that squirrel is just stunning!
A somewhat belated comment, but I see that we have (partly) chosen the same subject. Only you have done so much more with the I...
Very good!
