I've been out of the news loop and haven't kept up. Last I heard there were demonstrations protesting the outcome of the election. Wondering now if there has been violence. Will check in this morning to see.
It really is hard to watch, isn't it? To tell people that they live in a democratic society and then to do this.... so very sad.
What a mess it is in Iran, and it seems to be getting worse. I applaud those who stand up for what they believe in but the cost is great to many families.
I hope there is a revolution and Iran has a western friendly government. Wishful thinking perhaps but it would change the balance in the Mideast.
