Making these memories makes all the difference. Seeing your mother's happiness is enough. Your focus on the tiny part of the whole of the flower is an apt photo to go with your story.
What a beautiful photograph taken from your heart. Thoughts and prayers for your mother. Each moment, each memory truly a blessing. Thanks for sharing.
Wow. Love the macro shot. Is it just me, or does it seem a bit erotic? Maybe it's just that I have been deprived of male companionship for too long. Anyway, it's just simply gor-jus.
The photo is special and your words are so touching. Yet, it made me smile when it was about washing the dishes...I recognised my mom and myself in that. Blessings
Kerri, Thanks for visiting my blog and for your sweet comment. I checked yours out and it's incredibly beautiful. Your bird pictures are exquisite. Diane
I get Lost in photos like these. Guess that's some of the feelings you try to express. There's that one little detail that is clear, but it fits in the rest of the pic.! Thanks for not only sharing your photos but also what lives inside of you with us!

This is gorgeous - great focus. Happy Macro Monday.
Stunning beauty Kerri...truly a work of art!
That's beautiful - and not just the photograph.
I took my Mum flowers recently, too. I'm very aware of how little time she has left. She's 89 years old.
Wishing you good memories, and lovely photo, just stunning.

Although your mom may not remember, she still holds your love in her heart. Keep building your memories, and the happiness will keep flowing.

Wow! I love the array of colors! And that one little edge of focus is brilliant.
You have such a good attitude, Kerri. I know this must be hard for you so it's wonderful that you can see a positive side too.
