I think this is a type of crab spider - however - I have no idea what type.
I found this info on Wikipedia about crab spiders. I LOVE Wikipedia!

Snow Caps and Curly Qs - aka Goldenrod

Goldenrod gone to seed. Doesn't it look like a "snow cap"?

I also noticed they they have these neat little curly q's on
the stem.
