I found a "new to me" wetlands area yesterday (Saturday 04-23-22) 

 I was so happy to see this Green Heron along with some other beauties that I will be posting later this week.

Hummingbird Captures The Flower

 As I was watching this little hummingbird dive into the purple flowers, 

I was fortunate to see it come out with one of the flowers

on its beak.
