At the Pond - Eastern Kingbird

Pond View

"Spring is when life's alive in everything."
- Christina Rosetti

The tree swallows are back and flying around the pond.  I didn't realize I caught one in flight until I looked at the picture closer.
We also saw a mink at the pond during this visit, which I will show in my next post.

Frog In The Pond

Welcome every morning with a smile. Look on the new day as another special gift from your Creator, another golden opportunity to complete what you were unable to finish yesterday. Be a self-starter. Let your first hour set the theme of success and positive action that is certain to echo through your entire day. Today will never happen again. Don't waste it with a false start or no start at all. You were not born to fail.

Great Blue Heron Visitor

The world is full of Poetry—the air
Is living with its spirit; and the waves
Dance to the music of its melodies,
And sparkle in its brightness.
Earth is veiled,
And mantled with its beauty; and the walls,
That close the universe, with crystal, in,
Are eloquent with voices, that proclaim
The unseen glories of immensity...
~ James G. Percival
